Do you provide International delivery?

We provide shipping only within the United States at this time.

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?

We accept exchanges when a Jewelry Box is returned. Please refer to our Exchanges and Returns Section.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number with your order where you can check the shipping on all Subscription and store bought items.

How can I contact your couriers?

All couriers are USPS and can be contacted that way. Beloved Jewelry Box uses the United States Postal Service for all shipping items and is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

What are your delivery options?

All items are delivered through USPS
